
Nevada Notary Public Fees
In Nevada, the state dictates what a notary can charge for services. In general, most fees are determined by the number of signatures required to complete a notarial act. Mobile Notary Public travel fees in Nevada are also dictated by the state, and are determined by the time-of-day, and are charged at a two (2) hour minimum. Any travel fees charged must be agreed upon in advance, and shall not exceed the travel fees indicated below.
General Notary Fees
For taking an acknowledgment, for the first (original) signature of each individual signer – $15.00
For each additional signature of each signer – $7.50
For administering an oath or affirmation without a signature – $7.50
For certifying a copy – $7.50
For Executing a Jurat for each signature on the affidavit – $15.00

Travel Fees
Between the hours of 6am – 7pm: $15/hr (2 hr minumum)
Between the hours of 7pm – 6am: $30/hr (2 hr minimum)

Remote Online Notarizations (RON)
For general Remote Online Notarizations (acknowledgements, jurats, etc.), the fee structure is as follows:
$25 for notarization + 1 notary seal
$8 for each additional seal
